Ever needed to share a file real quick but realised it was a hassle to?
Here are your typical options
Go to google drive, upload it, get the persons email, share it with them. If they don't have a google email address, anyone can access it, sucks right?
Go to Dropbox, upload the file, share the file, its either completely accessible to anyone OR the recipient has to sign up for dropbox just to get your file..a pain in the..neck.
Signup For some other sharing platform and have to deal with most of the same problems or wonder what those platforms are doing with your files.
I realised I had a few terabytes of data I didn't want to lose and sought to upload them, however on looking at the prices to store all this data per month, versus how much the companies are actually spending to store our data, AND that they're using our data to make money. I was not about to pay for that.
I mean, its genius, we're paying companies like Google to use our data to market to us and build their company. However it sucks for the consumers and it's also ethically questionable.
We all have our views but theres two things I'm sure we can all agree on.
1. We want to save money.
2. We don't want our data used for anything without our knowledge.
This is where loaded comes in:
1. Loaded will not use your data, for anything at all.
2. Loaded will be cheaper than the big guys.
3. Loaded will have multi layer password encryption.
4. Password protected and encrypted public files.
5. Privately sharable files.
6. Book Clubs - groups of people sharing files in a single space.
